One of the facilities is missing or could be improved, like a gym or a swimming pool.

The guest house had a homely feeling about it. Probably as close to staying with family as you can get, with independence of your own room.

We loved our stay here at this luxurious hotel! The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel like we were right at home. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable sitting area. The dining area and patio provided a lovely space for us to relax and enjoy our meals. The free toiletries and dryer in the room were a convenient addition. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My room was directly in front of patio area so one night it was noisy due to owners sitting outside talking quite loud so preventing me getting to sleep this could be a problem whoever stays in this room.

Mike provides his guests with an amazing breakfast and Diesel is a fabulous dog. All in all a very good atmosphere.

Great location, easy access to town and coast. Bright and fresh room. Good breakfast. Helpful hosts with valuable tourist feedback. Relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space and privacy. Enjoyed the spa and recreational activities. Will definitely return.

The location near the beach down at Beds By The Bay was great for me. The hotel facilities such as the Jacuzzi, games room and TV room made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Parking was also available , made things convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommending places to go.

Great, when im in busselton it'll be the only place I stay. My wife and I had great time and mike and his wife where friendly and extremely hospitable.

Mike was so friendly. I felt comfortable . Breakfast ws cooked and the facilities were great. Could nt ask for a nicer place.

Lovely romantic escape with my partner! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home immediately. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We loved being a short walk away from both the town center and the beach, making it easy to explore the area.

No real complaints, but the bathroom could use a little touch up in some areas. However, this didn't affect our overall experience at all and we would definitely recommend this cozy guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect location for the Busselton Half-Ironman Triathlon. Very comfrotable. Mike was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay again.
